MIdS CMU Joins the Tribute Ceremony to the “Father of Thai Science” on the Occasion of the National Science Week 2025 (Regional Event)
On Monday, August 18, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Ekkarat Boonchieng, Associate Dean of Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University, represented MIdS CMU in laying a floral tray as a tribute before the portrait of His Majesty King Mongkut (King Rama IV), recognized as the “Father of Thai Science.”
The ceremony was held as part of the National Science Week 2025 (Regional Event), organized by the Faculty of Science in collaboration with the National Science Museum (NSM), at SCB 2100 Hall, 40th Anniversary Building, Faculty of Science, Chiang Mai University.
